1. Purpose These Terms of use ("Terms") set out the conditions for accessing and browsing the Marlowe & James website (the "Site", https://marloweandjames.com). They apply to every visitor or user, whether or not you make a purchase.
2. Access to the Site Access to the Site is free and intended for personal use. Some areas or features (such as the customer account area) may require registration or a purchase. By using the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms and with applicable law.
3. Services offered The Site offers fashion products and accessories for sale. Product information, including features and prices, is shown on each product page. Prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. If you have a question, contact us through the Contact page or at contact.marloweandjames@gmail.com.
4. User responsibilities When you access the Site, you agree to: not use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes; provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order; and respect the intellectual property rights and trade marks displayed on the Site.
5. Intellectual property All content on the Site (text, images, video, logos and so on) belongs to Marlowe & James, its licensors or partners. Any reproduction, distribution or use without prior written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability We do our best to keep the information on the Site accurate. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, Marlowe & James is not liable for errors, omissions or inaccuracies in content, interruptions or technical faults, or third-party content (reviews, comments, external images and so on).
Images on the Site are for illustration and aim to show products faithfully, but may differ slightly from the final product (colour tones, packaging and so on). This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if goods are faulty or do not match their description.
8. Returns and refunds Conditions for exchanges, returns and refunds are set out in our Returns & refunds policy. We offer a 30-day guarantee on purchases. Australian law does not give a general right to return goods you simply change your mind about, but you are always entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where goods have a major problem, and to the other remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Changes to these Terms Marlowe & James may change or update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on the Site. We suggest checking this page from time to time.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If a dispute arises, we will first try to reach a friendly solution. If we cannot, the dispute is subject to the courts of the Australian state or territory in which you live. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights the law gives you.
