2. Our pieces
Every product page shows a description, the key details and the price. We do our best to show each piece as it really is, but colours can look a little different depending on your screen and the light. That does not affect your rights if a piece is faulty or does not match its description.

3. Prices and GST
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Where GST applies, it is included in the price shown. The full total, including shipping, is shown before you pay. The price shown when you confirm your order is the price you pay.

4. Payment
You pay through our secure checkout, using the payment methods shown there. Payments are handled by secure payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Your order
Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. We start preparing your order when payment is confirmed. If we suspect fraud or spot an obvious pricing error, we may cancel an order. If we do, we will let you know and refund anything you have paid.

6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is free across New Zealand. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and delivered in an estimated 6-12 business days. More detail is in our Shipping policy.

7. Our 30-day guarantee
If you are not completely happy, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. This is our own promise to you, in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. See our Returns & refunds policy for how it works.

8. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that goods are of acceptable quality, fit for a purpose we have described and match their description. If goods fail those guarantees you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and for a failure of a substantial character you can choose a replacement or a refund, as well as compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

9. Questions and complaints
Please talk to us first at contact.marloweandjames@gmail.com. We would like to put things right. If you are still not satisfied, you can contact the Commerce Commission, consumerprotection.govt.nz, or the Disputes Tribunal.

10. Your personal information
We handle your information as described in our Privacy policy.

11. Governing law
For customers in New Zealand, these terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you.
